Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich lovers will head over heels in love with this quesadilla version. Each tortilla shell is loaded with layers of cheddar, roast beef, pepper jack cheese, peppers & onions, and Swiss cheese before cooking until golden brown. It is totally creamylicious and buttery.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

⅛ sliced onion

¼ sliced pepper

3 sliced deli roast beef lunch meet

2 tablespoons butter (divided)

¼ cup grated pepper jack cheese

¼ cup grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Swiss cheese

2 flour tortillas

Directions

Melt in skillet one tablespoon butter on moderate high heat.

Sauté the sliced onions and peppers until tender crisp; remove from heat. Set aside.

Melt the rest of the butter in another pan on medium heat and add the tortilla shell.

Sprinkle on top of tortilla the cheddar cheese and layer on top with roast beef.

Sprinkle on top of beef the shredded pepper jack cheese, and place on top of pepper jack cheese the peppers and onions.

Sprinkle on top of veggies with Swiss cheese layer and cover with second tortilla shell.

Cook the quesadillas until the bottom of tortilla shell turns golden brown, flipping once until the other tortilla turns golden brown.

Remove from pan and cut into quarters when slightly cooled.

Serve!
